Civil engineering work most contractors sub out.

Infrastructure is where our heavier capability lives — roads, tunnels, networks and the systems that keep them serviceable for decades.

Road signage and traffic management equipment installed at a worksite 01 — Signalisation

Safety & traffic flow

Signalisation

Our signalling teams provide permanent or temporary solutions to protect and secure all types of sites and roadworks, as well as to secure travel and ensure fluidity for all users.

We are your partner for all vertical or horizontal signage needs, for road marking, for architectural signage in underground car parks, and for the creation of construction site signs.

Road maintenance and resurfacing works underway 02 — Road maintenance

Asset lifespan

Road Maintenance

Building roads is good. Maintaining them and extending their lifespan is better.

As specialists in road maintenance, we offer the solution best suited to your needs and your budget — keeping carriageways safe and serviceable, and pushing the point of full reconstruction as far into the future as the asset allows.

  • Surface treatments matched to traffic loading and climate
  • Planned programmes rather than reactive patching
  • Budget-aware options presented before work starts

Building envelope

Waterproofing

Know-how acquired in the waterproofing of engineering structures has allowed this part of our business to develop continually.

We work on your roofs as part of the repair of waterproofing and insulation, and we offer suitable solutions for parking-lot floor coverings or your interiors in epoxy resin, polyurethane or cast asphalt.

No-dig trenchless pipe replacement rig positioned over an access pit 04 — Trenchless

No-dig networks

Trenchless Works

We replace pipes and create networks without opening trenches, thanks to the no-dig method.

This is done by bursting, shearing and extracting old pipes — in sandstone, grey or ductile cast iron, steel, concrete or plastic — and replacing them with PP, PE or other tubes of identical or greater diameter, or by directed drilling.

  • No trench, no reinstatement, no street closed for weeks
  • Equal or larger replacement diameters achievable
  • Ideal where excavation would disrupt dense urban fabric

Ground up

New Building

We offer commitment at all levels of a building project, from preparing the ground through to structure, envelope and fit-out.

The same discipline we apply to infrastructure carries into buildings: a properly sequenced programme, materials specified for their real service life, and a site team that stays accountable through to handover.

Innovation

Purpose-built machines for problems others avoid.

The Octopus tunnel washing truck cleaning a tunnel with articulated brush arms The Octopus

Tunnel washing truck

Thanks to its articulated arms, the Octopus cleans tunnel walls, ceilings and equipment in a single pass — cutting closure windows and keeping critical infrastructure serviceable without days of disruption.

  • Articulated brush arms reach curved walls and ceiling soffits
  • Shorter closures mean less disruption to road users
  • Consistent results across large tunnel networks

ExoPush — you lead, it executes

Our trenchless platform for renewing buried networks: the operator sets the line and the machine executes it, replacing pipe without opening the ground above.

  • Bursting, shearing and extraction of legacy pipework
  • Directed drilling where a new route is required
  • Minimal reinstatement and far lower surface impact
